OK, I admit it, I’m a bit slow on this one, but I thought I should still let you all in. Just in case you didn’t know.
Rapper and actor DMX has been placed in Solitary Confinement after he threatened and used abusive behavior towards a guard at the Arizona jail he’s currently serving time in.
The 39 year old, known as Earl Simmons, is currently serving time for four charges which he was found guilty for on December 31st 2008. As a result he was sentenced to jail to face 90 days. Whilst in jail he released a statement about turning to god and wanting to be a pastor when he becomes a free man. Now, after 3 weeks of silence, a new story has been released.
Supposedly DMX, at the end of February, threw a tray at a corrections officer which resulted in him being placed in Solitary Confinement for the next 30 days. It doesn’t stop there though. As a result of this aggression, he showed, he’s been re-booked for aggravated assault. Which, if found guilty, will result in him losing his probation and possibly having to serve more time inside.
Bad times…..
