Rapper and actor Curtis Jackson (50 Cent) has won a legal battle in New York to gain him rights to see his child, Marquis, an 11 year old boy he had with ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins.
The G-Unit rapper was in court on the 8th of September for the case where Judge David Freundlich granted 50 the rights to see his son on alternating weekends.
Curtis and his ex-girlfriend (Shaniqua) do not get on. In fact currently they are also fighting a court battle against one another for 50’s $1.4 million pound house that burned down, in which Shaniqua lived in. The judge, taking this into account, has order Curtis to drop and pick up his child from the police station instead of her house.
