2008 MTV VMA Results and Review

The 2008 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA’s) were held last night at Paramount Pictures, in Los Angeles, hosted by Russell Brand.

The awards itself aren’t that great in my books however I still thought I should cover it. Just in case any teenie poppers were out there wanting to know about they’re idol Britney.

Ok, performances….. they were alright. Rihanna was sadly and easily the worse. She performed her new single Disturbia, rocking an goth outfit, as well as performing alongside US rapper T.I with Live Your LIfe.

Good performances however came out of Kanye West, who closed the night with his new single, Love Lockdown. As well as Lil’ Wayne who got Leona Lewis and T-Pain up on stage to perform alongside him. Another notable performance actually came from LL Cool J, who releases his album later this month, LL performed with drummer Travis Barker playing alongside him.
